Mario Vice
With a deep-rooted passion for the outdoors and an impressive 22-year tenure as owner of Ragin Pest Elimination, Mario offers unparalleled expertise in real estate. His diverse professional journey encompasses experience as a realtor with EXP Realty, REAL, and Mossy Oak Properties, as well as ownership roles at an Allstate Insurance agency and HomeTek Home Inspections. This multifaceted background equips Mario with a distinct advantage in navigating complex transactions, particularly in his specialties: residential and commercial land development, recreational, farm & ranch, and agriculture. Clients consistently benefit from his strong negotiation skills, commitment to confidentiality, and dedication to ensuring a smooth process. A proud UL-Lafayette alumnus, Mario is actively involved with organizations like Kiwanis International and Susan G Komen. His notable achievements include the Allstate Insurance Inner Circle and the Young Republican Entrepreneur Award. When he's not securing the best deals for his clients, you'll find Mario enjoying hunting, fishing, golfing, or cooking outdoors with family and friends. Mario truly understands the value and legacy of land ownership – our most finite resource.
