Testimonials

We were new to the buying and selling aspect of being a homeowner and not really sure if it was the right time for us to move. Not only did Ranchman Properties walk us through the process, they sold our home in under two weeks, and found us exactly what we were looking for. Ranchman Properties is passionate about real estate. They are honest, hard working, knowledgeable, kind, and goes above and beyond to make things happen.

— Todd & Traci, Denton,TX

Ben has been GREAT to work with! Ben has worked so hard and been patient in my process of finding our home here in Texas. He has my personal interests 100% of the time and was genuinely concerned with finding the right home for me and my family. We are on the same page as far as my tastes and particulars; I admit I am pretty picky. I have 3 children and often have asked him to see a home or 2 at the last minute or in between running to activities and Ben is always accommodating! He is interested in a client for life not just a quick commission.
